Featuring Wines From Chile - $20
This month’s Wine Bash features an array of wines from Anakena Vineyards & Winery, produced in Chile. The tasting will include samples of Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet, Carmenere & Pinot Noir. Wines are paired with festive wine snacks by Executive Chef John Coletta. Light fare at the event will include seasonal specialties like grilled zucchini with sun-dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, beet and walnut salad along with passed assorted Neapolitan pizze, bruschetta and Italian cured meats and assorted olives.
