Featuring Wines From Italy - $20
This month’s Wine Bash features an array of wines from Vino dei Fratelli, produced in Italy. The tasting will include samples of Chianti, Montepulciano, Nero, & Pinot Grigio. Wines are paired with festive wine snacks by Executive Chef John Coletta. Light fare at the event will include seasonal specialties like grilled zucchini with sun-dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, beet and walnut salad along with passed assorted Neapolitan pizze, bruschetta and Italian cured meats and assorted olives.
